Mission and Purpose
The Indigo Phoenix Foundation was created to reduce and prevent animal cruelty and homelessness in communities by providing small animal pet education to the public. The public will be provided with low cost or free small animal educational services and access to various community centered programs as they are created.
We are a 501c3 non-profit organization created by a veterinarian for all. Our core values include gratitude, innovation, love and above all else education. We believe that the key to all change is access to education. We are bridging the gap between the public, vet med, and pets-providing access to affordable and complimentary educational products to the public. Your donations and support will be used to continue providing pet related education for all, creation and maintenance of all programs. Providing necessary care for fostered pets during there time in our Fostership Program and continued housing if ever returned via our Pet Angels Program to name a few. Keep in mind that we are a newer organization and plan on growing massively over time. We plan on keeping our supporters updated as we grow.
Together, we will impact the lives of people and pets on a global scale.
Here is a small summary:
Educational Program: Pet related online and in person educational courses, pet related educational blog content, pet health coaching and more
Fostership Program: Provides an educational real life opportunity to learn about pet care, pet aging and disease processes
Grief Program: Provides affordable or complimentary access to acute grief support for many types of loss
Pet Angels Program: Any of our adoptables will be entered into this program for continued access to our pet angels community
Shopping Program: Support the cause through purchase of any item in our online store or find us in any events
No animal should be left alone, hungry, or neglected for any reason. Do not let preventable disease due to lack of education allow them to continue suffering. The key is education. Education changes everything.
